Q: What does it mean to be NAPPS "certified"?
A: Certification acknowledges the pet sitter is a serious professional who has obtained a high level of expertise through personal study by completing a course of study in pet care, health, nutrition and behavior, as well as, a complete pet first aid course. (I am the only NAPPS Certified Pet Sitter serving NW Houston.)
Q: What happens in the case of an emergency?
A: Your pets’ health and well-being is our utmost concern. You will be notified immediately in the event of an emergency (a detailed ERT Plan will be covered during the initial consultation).
Q: What kind of assurance can you give me that my pets are being cared for?
A: Each visit will be documented with one of our Visit Sheets, as well as a phone call, text message, or even a photo of your pet.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask that you provide 48 hours notice prior to the date of the first visit
